REMINGTON FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS

AMOUNT: $1,000 per year (maximum of four years)

ELIGIBILITY:

NTC Scholarship: You must be a graduating Senior at one of the high schools listed below and plan to enroll as a part-time or full-time student at Northcentral Technical College, East Campus (Antigo).

Other College or University Scholarship: You must be a graduating Senior at one of the high schools listed below and plan to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited college or university.

CRITERIA: Selection will be made on the basis of academic achievement (you must have at least a 3.0 grade point average), service to your community and school, and financial need.

PAYMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP: Payment will be made to your college or university at the beginning of your second semester each year after you furnish proof of registration and proof that you completed your first semester of that year in good academic standing with at least a 3.0 grade point average.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 1 of your Senior year of high school.

COMPLETED APPLICATION: A completed application consists of four (4) parts:

• The application form, completed by you,

• A resume outlining your extra-curricular and community activities (including awards, offices held, honors received) and your history of employment during high school,

• A copy of your current transcript, and

• An essay, not to exceed 300 words, describing your educational and career goals and explaining your financial need for this scholarship.
